Father Gabor Czako

“We’re going through

a challenging time.

Fr Gabor Czako was called to minister in the Northeast of Scotland after leaving Budapest in Hungary and learning of a shortage of priests to serve burgeoning and increasingly international congregations. He looks after four parishes in the diocese of Aberdeen, including Torry; Kincorth; and Bridge of Don, as well as that of the east end of the city through St. Peter’s Church: the oldest Roman Catholic church in Aberdeen, built in 1803 and tucked away off Justice Street - Aberdeen’s ‘hidden gem’.
